Consultation & Credit Repair Policy

Belcarm Consulting LLC provides paid consultations and professional credit repair services designed to help clients improve their credit profiles. By booking a consultation or enrolling in services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Consultation Fee
A $49.99 fee is required to book a 15-minute consultation with Belcarm Consulting LLC.
Non-Refundable Consultation Fee
The $49.99 consultation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
Missed or late appointments
Cancellations or rescheduling
Choosing not to move forward with services
All consultation sales are final.
Enrollment Credit
If you choose to enroll in a Belcarm Consulting LLC credit repair program, the $49.99 consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward your enrollment fee at the time of sign-up.
This credit:
Applies only to new enrollments
Has no cash value
Is non-transferable
Cannot be redeemed separately
Booking a consultation does not obligate you to enroll in services.
2. Credit Repair Services
No Refunds
All payments for credit repair services are final and non-refundable once payment has been submitted. Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of credit repair, refunds will not be issued for services rendered or in progress.

Belcarm Consulting LLC does not guarantee specific results. Credit improvement outcomes may vary depending on:
Individual credit history
Creditor and credit bureau responses
Client participation and accuracy of information provided
Client Responsibilities
Clients must actively participate in the credit repair process by:
Providing required documentation in a timely manner
Responding promptly to communication requests
Following guidance and instructions provided by our team
Belcarm Consulting LLC is not responsible for delays or unfavorable outcomes caused by:
Client non-participation
Actions taken by creditors or credit bureaus
External factors beyond our control
3. Final Sale & Policy Updates
All consultations, services, and related fees are considered final sale.
Belcarm Consulting LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will apply to future purchases only and will be posted on our website.
